Location was perfect breakfast was amazing

The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!!

Amazing staff, clean room, super convenient

A very pleasant stay overall and will recommend it. The location was excellent - 2 minutes walk to the train and tram, a good variety of food options and shops very nearby. The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious with adequate options and we appreciate breakfast was available from 6.30 to 11 am. It was helpful when we had to have a much earlier breakfast before our day trip and also didn't have to wake up early while on holiday on other days just to have breakfast. The negatives aren't deal-breakers. The room was a little smaller than what we saw online and would have preferred more space. The bathroom was a decent size, clean and wished that hair conditioner was provided as part of the toiletries. The room can be quite noisy as it was near the road. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful.rooms were clean .it felt like being at home.dining was excellent.

Service was just above and beyond. Sauna, steam room and gym were great. The room was excellent with premium coffee and water with constant maid service. Breakfast was excellent. It was a great stay!

Staff was very helpful in surprising my wife with a birthday bouquet at breakfast. Everyone was very professional.

We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

Very nice location and I had breakfast included which was a nice addition everyday and very well done.
