Positives. Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel clean. Negatives. Pillows were all very hard and high..Woke.up with sore neck each morning..

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

An overnight stay of work. Close to rail and light rail and the Stonehouse Cafe provided quick service and a very reasonable menu re options and prices. Good quality wifi for video conferencing and spacious room. Very quiet for my stay on the fifth floor.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, the beach and trains.

Great spot in manly walking distance to everything you need, clean room and spacious enough and the balcony was a bonus.

Our stay at Pullman was good but not excellent. The location is nice, close to the metro/ train / hop on hop off bus line. But the housekeeping was poor, and just overall not bad but also not great! I would not choose to go back.

Great location for all the food and bars around the neighborhood.
