Mahwah - Nanuet All inclusive Vacations

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and hotel had a cool vibe. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

The bellmen are wonderful. There is a terrible man at the reservation desk. He was very condescending as we requested a 2pm check out during the Winter Storm. We were told the night before there shouldn’t be a problem and when we asked in person the man talked to us like scum and said it would be 150$. We packed up during the storm and left in a taxi as soon as possible for a different hotel. On a high note, housekeeping was amazing and incredibly kind.

Great area for tourists. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms very nice

The room was spotless and super well appointed for the size. We were very lucky to get a corner room so 3 floor-to-ceiling windows with great views! The included breakfast buffet was pretty extensive and delicious. Staff was very professional. We were very happy with the hotel and plan to go back.

Very courteous staff. The doorman Chris was friendly and very helpful.
