Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Overpriced Was lied to about breakfast Moldy shower Room was very hot did not sleep well

The gym had the basic aerobic machines and some weight training equipment. The problem was the 30-45 minute wait times needed to check in and touse valet services.
