Hair found on sofa bed. A very nice lady came up to change the bedsheet for us after we called to report it. Location was nice and quiet.

Loved everything about the property. It very nice.

They didn't have anymore of the rooms left that I originally reserved.

The 3rd floor newly opened Mexican food restaurant is the best. Valet parking is the best. Four seasons this one is truly great and I will return soon

We love staying here. This stay we were upgraded to a fabulous room with a great view. The staff is always so professional and friendly. We will be back for sure.

Great View, But Comfort and Convenience Fell Short Our stay had some positives, but several issues made it less enjoyable than expected. The highlight was definitely the incredible view of Central Park from our room — truly stunning and a memorable part of our trip. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, and we ran into other guests experiencing the same problem. We had to ask for a fan, but even then, sleeping was uncomfortable due to the heat. While all six elevators were working, wait times were still surprisingly long. In the evenings, the lobby would get quite crowded with people heading to the rooftop, which made coming and going a bit chaotic for hotel guests. Overall, a decent stay in a great location, but some important comfort and service aspects really need improvement.

Definite potential but needs some polish. There was a sign announcing new ownership so maybe things were in flux. I was in room 104 which was on the first floor and corner of building facing an intersection of two alleyways so a little noisy. You can hear everything - my first night I got up and complained because the room directly above was using a vacuum or a mechanical air pump at 11:30 pm. Moving around something heavy and walking back and forth. The rooms have no rugs (verified with my colleague who stayed in floor 3. Also my room’s toilet would run when the above toilet would flush so every so often and in middle of night I’d hear the toilet which was odd. Both nights were noisy which wouldn’t be as annoying if i wasn’t traveling for work and had early AMs. Additionally there is no coffee machine in the room nor complimentary coffee in the lobby in the AM. You can order a coffee but it’s overpriced for an automated touch screen beverage. I enjoy a cup of tea at night and bring along a couple of bags and when asked I was given a cup of hot water. I did appreciate their still/sparkling water dispenser that included flavor waters in the lobby. The location was great - a short walk to bakeries and restaurants in a quiet part of Beverly Hills. So much potential but some small amenities you’d expect at a boutique hotel in BH were lacking.

While listed as dog friendly there’s really no where within short proximity to let the dogs out for grass/bathroom area. Additionally we do not like being forced to have a bell hop do our luggage. If we’d like to take our bags from our room to the car because we have pets in the room and it’s easier for us we should be able to. Being told a person has to come to the room , therefore we have to leash the dogs up so they can come load our bags and take it to the car then stand there for a tip is not a positive client experience. Hotel is immaculate on cleanliness and a beautiful property, but we would not term it “pet friendly” as advertised

I had never heard of this hotel before our stay, but we arrived and it did not disappoint! We visited during a busy time so early check in was not available, but they did their best to accommodate us. They were able to hold our luggage while we explored until our room was ready. My favorite thing was definitely that this hotel is in the center of everything! The restaurant downstairs was great, also.
