Red Oak All inclusive Vacations

Starlett was wonderful and fantastic customer service!! They were replacing doors and made sure to leave my room out and catered to my dog. I have already booked another stay in a couple weeks and am very excited!

The AC was super noisy. Only one elevator working, I had to wait really long several time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich explaining I need it in 10 minutes. She told me ok and 15 minutes later it wasn’t here and I had to leave with my client coming to pick me up. A person came to the car and ask me to take it king of aggressively “seriously? take it dude” while I canceled the order at the counter politely before leaving. The sandwich was cold in the center, almost like frozen… couldn’t eat it

Not sure if it's just a busy time with the legislature in session, but overall, it seemed like staffing was low and the quality overall has declined. Lots of "I don't know"... it was hard just to get change made for tips. Staff was friendly and helpful, but limited with solutions. After being awake at 4am from noise upstairs, no one answered the front desk phone until hours later. I was also told to run the shower for 20minutes so it could get hot for a shower. The location is ideal for work purposes, I just hope the next stay is better...
