Ko‘olauloa District All inclusive Vacations

Everything was perfect and beautiful but we could hear everything in our room, the room was next to an elevator so we could hear everyone and everything also it seemed like they were working on it because the noise woke us up very early in the morning and we wanted to sleep in. Perfect location tho walking distance to waikiki, shops and restaurants.

Staff was very helpful. One of them even gave us complimentary yummy treats for our birthdays. We loved the location. Close to everything. Rooms were clean. We tried dining at Dukes. Food was OK and overpriced.

Right on the beach. Amenities: Infinity pool. Room cleaning: Could be improved; dusting wasn’t thorough.

Family friendly. Restaurants, shops, beach are all walkable. The ocean views from our suite were amazing! Loved the washer and dryer in our 2 bedroom suite. Highly recommend.

We appreciated to Executive Housekeepers immediate and attitude addressing the cleanliness of our room. She was open and honest about the condition and never became defensive or argumentative as we discussed our complaints. She deserves high marks for her excellent customer service and making the rest of out time at the hotel enjoyable.

All staffs, especially pool staffs, are so kind and extremely helpful.

This property badly needs a major upgrade in terms of furniture, carpet/flooring, restrooms, hallways, bathrooms. Royal Hawaiian provides excellent service and amenities that speak of luxury, however, everything appears so shabby and dated. The Azure restaurant should consider changing chefs as the food in the fixed menu dinner was not good. Valet and guest services are excellent. But tipping becomes very costly.

Their Breakfast is awesome, really enjoyed it. Swimming pool could have been better. Parking is kind of congested.

The Waikīkī tower at the Ala Moana Hotel is undergoing renovation. This Luana Vacation rental has recently been refreshed. Bright colors and updated furniture really have improved this property. Good value for the money
