We were upgraded to an ocean front studio at no additional cost. Very polite, friendly & professional staff. The hotel has been recently renovated & is stunning as are the rooms! Sunsets are amazing here. Splashes restaurant has excellent food & service. There’s also a morning coffee cafe for a quick on the go light breakfast. Loved it here!!

Love the hotel. Very pretty view. The Lady working at the lobby check in was being a bit rude and seemed frantic and overwhelmed by the previous phone call right before she helped me check in. Other than that unwelcoming start everything else was nice

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I travel with my daughter.Overall it was very cleaned and the valet guys super friendly. The only thing that was confused was the wifi. When I booked it said the wifi was free and when I try connecting it said I had to pay a fee daily. It was super annoying because I was try to changed my flight and I had to go outside to do it.

Clean room, upgraded. No view, low floor (3rd) . Wonderful rooftop bar. Excellent staff.

The staff here are amazing! The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the Hollywood sign - and the hotel shower was perfect. I was able to check-in early and get a late check-out with ease. The hotel lobby & bar area was one of my favorites - with a free coffee bar in the morning, daily social hour and a complimentary bar drink. The hotel was centrally located to all I wanted to do for this trip, allowing me to Uber places for about $15. I will definitely book here again, the next time I visit LA.

The staff is welcoming and helpful. This location is very convenient to all West Hollywood has to offer. The hotel is unique with an enticing outdoor garden seating. I don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for your next stay.

The room cleanliness was not great, hairs spotted in few areas in the bathroom. Absolutely nothing for amenities like q-tips, toothbrush etc. towels were old and shabby. Had some food in the bar but I had to send back my steamed clams because it was dry and tasted awful. Staffs were nice so that was saving grace.
