Friendly staff, great for family with kids because they have a Waterpark with a large pirate boat. There is also a Game room with pool table and bowling. The downside of this is that you have to pay extra to use these even though its all-inclusive.

Our recent stay at this resort was absolutely beautiful, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our incredible butler, Noris. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure every single need was taken care of with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She was always so responsive, accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, and she truly made us feel special throughout our entire vacation.
Noris made our experience unforgettable, and honestly, the only way we would return to this resort is if she is there. She is truly one of a kind and deserves all the recognition for the amazing work she does.
The restaurants were also fantastic, and the food was absolutely amazing every single day. Overall, this was such a memorable and relaxing vacation, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received.

The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous.
