Le personnel est aux petits soins. N’ayant pas réussi à nous trouver de chauffeur, quelqu’un de l’hôtel nous a déposer à plusieurs reprises. Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassé est être dans la villa Moon. Chambre très propre, mais étant plus dans le côté jungle il ne faut pas craindre les petites bêtes et parfois la visite de singe. Emplacement à une bonne quinzaine de minutes à pied de la grande rue principale. Petit déjeuner trop limité et attente un peu longue pour notre part.

景色は良い。ヴィラも立派なのだが、非常に使いにくい。洗濯機がないのは不便。ランドリーサービスは時間通りな届かないし、私の洗濯物は他の人の部屋に持っていかれたようだ。バスタブはない。フロントからヴィラまでは送迎サービスがあるが、フロントでお願いしても、送迎車はなかなか来ない。プールはきれいだが、プールサイドのバスタオルは雨で濡れても、数日間交換されない。ルームサービスは時間通りに来ない。20分遅れで催促すると10分後に届く。玄関から来ないで、プールサイドの窓から届けに来たのには驚いた。

We had a fantastic stay at Kabila Vilas. The location was just a short walk from the main street. The vila was clean, good size and private. The team at Kabila Vilas were exceptional. Very responsive and couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Breakfast was delivered daily to the vila, which was a lovely touch. I fully recommend using their local expertise if you want tips for sight seeing or anything else. We booked motorbike & car transport through their front desk, which took the stress out of trying to navigate and negotiate in town.

The reason I cannot rate Tias Villas above 3 stars is because of the Villa design. We stayed at “Jungle 4”, which is a high ceiling type with staircase without rails and sleeping at the first floor with open view to the downstairs area. It looks good, but it is incredibly impractical. It is clearly designed without prior development experience. Results: huge volume of air that needs cooling- aircons cannot follow along. Mosquitos can hide and will hunt you at night. No curtains, so you cannot get the bed area dark, lots of noise (from aircon and Imam). Very dangerous climb down if you must go to the toilet during the night. Don’t get tipsy. Conclusion; select a Villa with a smarter design. This one should be rebuilt.

We had a wonderful stay at Olea – the kindness and dedication of the team truly made our experience special. Every single request was handled promptly and with a smile, which made us feel very well taken care of. Our villa with an infinity pool and jungle view was absolutely stunning. That said, a few points could be improved: • The photos advertised a mountain view, but the bamboo has grown since and blocked the view (though the team kindly changed our villa upon request). • Bath towels were forgotten a couple of times during housekeeping. • The shower head was broken, but maintenance came immediately after I mentioned it – excellent responsiveness! • The sun loungers and outdoor chairs could use a deep cleaning. • It would be helpful to remind guests not to leave food outside, as monkeys can steal it. • Finally, we wish we had been informed about ongoing construction work, which disrupted the peaceful mornings from 9 a.m. onwards. Despite these inconveniences, the team was always reactive and accommodating. However, considering the price of our stay (almost 8 million IDR), a small commercial gesture would have been appreciated – for example, a complimentary breakfast, the two minibar drinks, or even a free day of scooter rental.
