As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay.

The staff were so lovely and the hotel had lots of little nice touches that made it a pleasure to stay at. Dogo onsen was next door and the hotel provided towels and yukata to take. The room was quiet and peaceful. I didn’t dine at the hotel but enjoyed the free sake bar and there were lots of options for food nearby.

They provide own elevators to up and down between hotel and Dogo Onsen Honkan!! If you use it, very convenient to visit shopping district!!

Would stay there again , short walk from station, park and shopping
