The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

I had a great stay at the Pyramids Lounge. Ehab and Mohamad were extremely helpful in setting up tours of the pyramids, sakara/dashour and Alexandria. I would have been totally lost without them arranging everything. It was safe and informative and easy for me. I even left a bag of mine in the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Ehab was able to help me retrieve it! Really saved a disaster there. Would definitely recommend, price is great and the view of the pyramids during breakfast is amazing!

Excellent hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to the Giza Piramids Complex. Hotel is clean, with fantastic rooms and amenities. Hotel have a shuttle service to and from the airport. Good breakfast. Hotel also organized tours for all the destinations in Egypt. We traveled with them during all our stay in the country and did around 8 tours and we have to say that all of them were well organized and exceeded our expectations. I have to highlight the incredible help of Amid Muhamed as well as the all hotel’s staff. Thank you guys !!!!!

Such a wonderful hotel, considerate staff, welcoming hosts, overall 10/10. The owner Ahmed was such a delight, very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point.

Room was large and in general clean, but walking in the room in bare feet, my feet were so dirty from the floor

Staff at time of my check in was very friendly and co-operative. Room is nice and clean, we have electric kettle in room but no tea, milk or coffee so please get your own tea bags or coffee sachet with you otherwise there is plenty available around there. Location is brilliant and very close to many city attractions, plenty of shopping around and metro station in nearby. Lot of local street food is there in that area. Breakfast is very basic but served the purpose. Overall, good experience, clean, nice room and it is definitely worth staying there in medium budget.
