Hokuriku All inclusive Vacations

We stayed three nights as a family of four. The hotel is in a great spot in Kiyamachi, a short walk from Pontocho, Nishiki Market, Teramachi and plenty of good restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their dinner recommendation on our first night was excellent. We would happily stay again.

Interesting hotel and our room was astounding (we stayed in 102). Breakfast was a choice of Japanese or Western style, different every day and served on a large wooden platter. The hotel is opposite the Imperial Palace Gardens, we'll situated for busses into the city center or the subway for trips further afield. The staff were helpful and friendly but we didn't see many of them. The hotel has a strange layout, you enter at street level into a huge atrium and there's a desk but nobody was ever at it - you had to go down the stairs to another desk - and this wasn't always staffed so most of the time we just went in and out without encountering anyone. The hotel advertises a bar but forget about having a relaxing drink on the roof terrace when you get back at the end of the day - the bar was never open.

The hotel was not as well located as we thought. It is attached to a huge shopping mall and is a pretty lengthy walk or cab ride to any attractions. It is huge and seems to service very large groups. Breakfast on the second floor was okay, but not well organized and required long waits just to get scrambled eggs. The hotel is clean and the staff were generally pleasant, but I would not stay there again when visiting Osaka.

The property was well-kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great the amenities that they provide really helps on coming guests. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel.
