The hotel is a little tired, it needs some care and attention. The bar and cocktail list needs updating, the cocktails seem to spring from the 80's or pornstar Martini there are a few vegetarian selections sight of a espresso martini. However, on the plus side, the staff were very helpful and the Mediterranean restaurant for evening meal was absolutely delicious and a service was excellent. The rooms were again a little dated back clean and do the job for a short break. The hotel becomes very full over the weekend and it's quieter midweek. The pools are lovely, although you may need to wait to get a pool towel, there was a good link with the sister hotel next door and buggies between them were available or it was just a short walk. Tennis courts at a next door hotel also available and a gym as well. There was a lovely bar on the pier for evening drinks, but be warned if you want to stay out late and have more than a few you'll need to squeeze them in before last orders at 10:30. A lovely place though for a chill, some sunshine, some water sports and relaxation.

This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan.
