Piers Island All inclusive Vacations

I stay at this property each time I travel to the coast. The rooms are big and clean and the location perfect some someone without a vehicle. The reason why I chose 3 stars was the quality of the amenities. Our fridge was located in a enclosed area and the heat that it generated made the fridge work so hard that my milk was frozen along with my food and veggies. I was very disappointed. Otherwise, all is good and I will return, but in a different room type. That was a Queen deluxe

We were able to check-in at 10am straight from the cruise ship which was great & unexpected, as well as getting a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Only negative was the pool/outside sunbathing area was small, full of kids & hot tub didn't have any jets working.

Nice hotel and close to shops and dining

The place was OK, wasn't told about the breakfast credit had to be used with the a specific restaurant. Parking wasn't very easy. The view from the room was good. Ate at the Chinese restaurant at the hotel and was expecting more. Pool was ok, they were cleaning up from a party the night before so didn't have much privacy with that. Would I stay again, no.

Lounge was excellent
