サービスがとても良かった。

メトロ駅から近く交通至便です。 空港もRepablicaまでメトロで、空港バスに乗り換えて８０分前後で行かれます。 清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気で好感を感じます。大型ホテルでない点が逆に好きな点です。部屋も同様に落ち着くことができ不便、不満は何もありません。 バスルーム、シャワー、洗面台、アメニティーも特に問題なし。 朝食は種類も豊富でとても美味しいです。 今回はウェルカムドリンクのサービスが受けられ、美味しい赤ワインをご馳走になりました。 何度か泊まりましたがいつも好印象なので、手ごろなルームレートさえ得られれば次回も選択すると思います。

Room fell short to my expectations, but it wasn’t terrible. Staff are very nice and friendly, especially Mr. Alfonso. Room was large, but you can tell that whoever designed it, the small details were not his strong side… No electricity sockets near the bad: they were too far from the bed, no regular cable will cover this difference, so impossible to be in bed, use your phone and be connected to the socket in the same time. Soap conditioners, are kind of falling from the wall near the sink. No proper good size area for the luggage, shower did not really worked well, and the “privacy please” sign, that I put on the door, had no meaning! Different staff came 3-4 times and knocked on my door. It is a 4 star hotel, I think: no one helps with the luggage, and I had a lot of luggage. On the positive side, food was pretty good in the restaurant. People who order room service, put their remaining food-tray outside in the corridor, it gets picked up, half a day later: so if someone leaves a trash outside the door, at 19:00, it gets picked up around 10:00 the next day. The most annoying thing was the smell in the bathroom in the room: just horrible. All in all, not too bad, but they need to fix all those small things. Just too many things that need to be fixed.

すばらしいハウスキーパーがいて、部屋の中を衣類で散らかしていたのを整理してくれていた。 ただ、エクスペディア経由でのメッセージへの回答は遅く、必ずしも正確ではなかった。フロントでの対応はすばらしかったので、もったいない。施設、場所も含めてすばらしいホテルでした。

とてもオシャレなホテルでした。ベッドが快適でよく眠れました。アメニティーも沢山置いてありました。お湯もちゃんと途切れずに出ます。スタッフもとても親切で荷物も預かってくれました。少し歩くと大きなスーパーマーケットや公園やおしゃれな飲食店街もあり便利です。一つだけ気になる点は、多分たまたま私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーの排水のスピードが早くないので、足元に水がたまりました。ス
