We checked in to this hotel as they had good ratings across the board. Sadly we arrived to find a bathroom with hair all over the floor.
The bed was very comfortable - room 21 and we slept well.
It faced the road however it wasn’t too noisey.
Breakfast was a disappointment as I was told my partner who is coeliac could have eggs for breakfast. What he received was a ramekin you would use for ketchup with some eggs. We had to go and buy some breakfast for him.
The Saving grace was that we were able to leave our bags here whilst we took a short trip out of the city for which we were greatful.

Really great value with a perfect location near the Arts District and the Lastarria neighborhood. Elegant rooms, helpful staff and the breakfast was very good.
