Very professional and quick check in,the rooms were clean and quiet with everything you need. Location was perfect for me to attend a live show at the Big Live Show,I would definitely stay again

I went to raffles Boston for fiancés birthday and I called a week ahead to get the room decorated for her special day and when I showed up the room was not decorated, I then called and said they didn’t decorate the room like I asked so they asked if they could come up during dinner and decorate so I agreed. When we returned from dinner the room was “decorated”, the sign was hanging off the ceiling and decorations taped poorly and just looked awful. Very disappointed considering this is a expensive 5 start hotel

Excellent location. Comfortable beds and beautiful linens. Nice amenities. All staff very pleasant and guest centric. Excellent restaurant on 17. We’ll be back.

Second stay here. This is now our go to hotel in Boston. Excellent staff, location, and wonderful lobby/lounge. Can’t wait to return.

My room had the bare minimum, no extra blankets no extra towels. One bathrobe, even though there was two of us stinging in the room. Our checkout check-in person did not ask us any questions regarding amenities. We might want in the room.. we found out later you need to ask for them, not even knowing what they were. I was small, which was which was fine, but being able to see into the toilet area with a glass door felt inappropriate.
