The staff was amazing at accommodating my friends and I for my birthday weekend in Miami.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Felt like a resort. We had a partial ocean view room and the balcony view was amazing, as was the room. The staff was wonderful. However the person who assisted with checkout at the desk was not very friendly. It felt a little like he thought I didn’t belong there. I would definitely stay there again. Valet parking only, for $50 a day but the booking info said onsite parking options include a garage.

Beautiful pool, great beach access, lots of nice shops, great location - we had the greatest time here

The mattress is ready comfortable , the view amazing and is quiet so all good

Really lovely upgrade from the Confidant hotel to the Andaz. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Room was clean and spacious and loved the beach and pool service as well. Take a yoga or pilates class on the roof if you can - the view is amazing!

Lovely room and amazing service from the front desk. Made use of the gym and spa which were lovely.

The property is in one of the many half-empty towers in the center. The location was convenient. There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. The apartment was spacious, had a washer and a drier, a serviceable kitchen and the elevators worked well.

Very good short stay with family to take a flight in mia. Very good breakfast was included.
