Incredible destination. Everything is so beautiful in the resort and well tought of. We loved the design, the view, the staff, the pools, the batida restaurant and its chef Francois is also really nice and delicious. The breakfast is so worth it, and we loved the happy hours durings weekdays. The spas and saunas were also a big add on (for free) and we were happy the resort accepts tattoos as there are many that don’t. The area around is not as luxurious but very safe and the grocery store is nice to cook a meal in your bedroom if you feel like it. Only thing to upgrade would be there was no equipment to do the dishes so we had to use hand towels. Also if you want to go to a restaurant outside you better reserve before as we were refused because of lack of place. Overall it was on of the most beautiful hotel we went to.

Positive:
- The breakfast options were good
- The main pool is big and looks good
- The staff was polite and helpful (although not as much as one would see in other parts of Japan)
Negative:
- The hotel looked a bit dated - a DVD player in 2025 isn't really necessary...
- Key places for a good vacation experience needed better cleaning/maintenance (balconies, windows, pool slide, hotel beach, etc)
- Charging "resort fees" of less than one percent of the total reservation price feels cheap - just add it to the overall reservation if it's really necessary and keep the experience of enjoying the stay without dealing with such small fees
- The pool bar needs more variety
