Shower area : drainage was very slow. Water builds up like a pond when you shower. Staff was helpful to come in for a quick fix which helps. However, the issue doesn’t go away. Room is clean in general, decor is sleek and modern with minimal style. However, for my longer stay, I wish there’s at least a small dresser with couple drawers for wardrobe so I don’t have to live in my suitcase.

Had a fantastic few days in the city.
The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night.
The hotel is well placed and makes for easy walks to everything you would want to experience in the area.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was great all around. We had a problem with our room and they had no problem moving us to an other room in a matter of minutes. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

As IHG members, even though we booked through Expedia, they upgraded our room and gave us a free drink each. No points, but we expected that. Very nice property in great location right by the harbor. Breakfast was incredible-so much choice!

The location was great, very central and the room was tidy. There were also laundry facilities at cost which I appreciated. I was a bit disappointed though by the lack of “fitness centre” or gym, one of the reasons I booked this place, but there are gyms with a day pass nearby in walking distance (very expensive though).
