Clean good looking and cozy

Beautiful hotel! Proximity to the sea is fabulous. Mountain views. Within walking distance of good cafes and restaurants and for main attractions. You can see all of the “cool” buildings along this promenade. Friendly, warm and helpful staff. Gorgeous sunsets. Absolutely a luxury stay! A few things I would have liked to see improved though- This is a hotel inside of a residential building. You will get dropped off at the Hilton and it was quite confusing to locate the hotel. Reception is on the 14th floor of a building with a separate name. Free access to a gym would be great. Tv in my room was damaged and I couldn’t get the heat to turn on. Would stay again, minor inconveniences. Great stay overall.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. It’s centrally located in Batumi’s Old Town, steps away from Europa Square. It’s also close to the main sites in the boardwalk and the Piazza. There are also many quaint restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel. The breakfast was respectable, a variety of Georgian cheeses, caviar, salad, scrambled eggs, khachapuri. I wish that the dishes were labeled. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Overall the hotel was spotless. I would say in general the staff don’t speak good English, making it difficult to communicate. Don’t think twice about staying here.

Decision about of location in Batumi depends from the purpose of the trip . Location for business and leisure purposes are different. The hotel is fire from historic center but in good easy reachable place in the city. Swimming pool, SPA, walking distance to the sea are also the benefits.
