Clean room, great location, great staff, very comfortable room. Very yummy included breakfast. Definitely the best place to stay if you are in Yerevan

Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to change it. Otherwise, rooms were very spacious and calm/quiet.

Everything was good except shower water pressure

I liked Hotel only problem was Area and transport But staff very friendly and helpful also Amazing swimming pool I enjoyed myself with brother and I will back there again

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a long overnight layover. Room was clean and pretty warm (I saw a review claiming rooms are too cold and was worried about that). Front desk lady was very helpful and brought breakfast to my room very early in the morning. I’m not sure if I’d stay in this hotel for longer since it’s far away from the center but if you need a hotel for layover this is a great option.

Hotel is located in suburban area. From one side is cemetery, from another empty field and some abandoned construction. The only means of transportation is a taxi. There are no dining options around. You need to order food delivery or order from the only restaurant on site. Hotel property is surrounded by the tall fence, has security on site. You may feel safe over there. Hotel has pool, gym, billiards and play room for kids. Rooms are very spacious. It has fridge and teapot. Since hotel is old, toilet and shower doesn’t drain the water properly and gets clogged from time to time. As a welcome gift hotel gives bottled water and some tea in a room. Also , guests provided with bath robes, vanity kits, combs and toothbrushes. Every morning breakfast served between 9-11am. Pretty good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The center of Yerevan is about 30 mins away by cab and about 1600-2000 AMD. Overall, positive experience.
