cleaner did not clean our room the last day she just gave us a few clean towels we were very unhappy about that for a 5 star hotel for this to happen

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vancouver! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Multiple bars and restaurants with great service and food The pool was a little bit small but lots of seating and the bar menu was bigger than I expected. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was amazing included a Bose speaker built into the wall. Really nice features and amenities good location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay

Our stay at JW Marriott was exceptional from start to finish. We spent several days celebrating a special birthday, and every moment exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful views, elegant facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. The dining experience was outstanding. Honey Salt served delicious food, with every dish perfectly prepared. We also visited The Victor late at night, and despite the hour, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. The service was impeccable, and we felt truly valued. The spa was relaxing and luxurious, the gym clean and well-equipped, and the jacuzzi the perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated the valet team, who were efficient, courteous, and always ready to help. What impressed us most was the hospitality throughout the property. Everyone made us feel special, and the service consistently surpassed expectations. Thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making this birthday celebration unforgettable. Great location near Stanley Park. Attentive staff, nice room, solid gym, spa and bars/restaurants. We loved our stay at the Georgia in Vancouver.
