Showed up early and got a room to start, that doesn’t happen often even if rooms are available. Great central location, walked to most of our sightseeing and meals. The Karma Lounge offered a great place to meet up prior to going out or hanging out and grabbing a bite and drink. Definitely a place we will come back to in the future trips.

Staff were most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Facility was spotless, room was very clean and all items in room worked as intended. There was a charge for breakfast but was delicious and staff was attentive. We were delighted with our stay.

Our stay at JW Marriott was exceptional from start to finish. We spent several days celebrating a special birthday, and every moment exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful views, elegant facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. The dining experience was outstanding. Honey Salt served delicious food, with every dish perfectly prepared. We also visited The Victor late at night, and despite the hour, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. The service was impeccable, and we felt truly valued. The spa was relaxing and luxurious, the gym clean and well-equipped, and the jacuzzi the perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated the valet team, who were efficient, courteous, and always ready to help. What impressed us most was the hospitality throughout the property. Everyone made us feel special, and the service consistently surpassed expectations. Thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making this birthday celebration unforgettable. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vancouver! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Multiple bars and restaurants with great service and food The pool was a little bit small but lots of seating and the bar menu was bigger than I expected. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was amazing included a Bose speaker built into the wall. Really nice features and amenities good location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay
