Clean and very tidy room, free Foxtel, so many features included, basically it was fully contained unit.

I don’t think the apartment we booked was the apartment we got. It was nice and clean, the view was great but if everyone that was supposed to stay stayed, we wouldn’t have had enough beds for how many we booked for. There were just little things that were overlooked, eg. not enough toilet paper…parking was a nightmare to navigate. But overall the place was nice, great location, great view of the beach and we had a great time. If we ever want to stay at Surfers again we’d probably consider staying here.

Location, ocean views and hotel amenities are all fantastic. Room is well appointed with a comfortable layout. Room displayed signs of wear and was not as clean as I would have expected.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful. My son loved the pancake and waffles.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very central in the area with everything close by. Staff were extremely helpful. To be honest I could not fault it.

Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel.

100% recommend Grande Florida. All the staff are amazing, and very accommodating to any requests. The rooms are clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. They have ample plates, cutlery, utensils and cookware, a full size fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, full size oven, washing machine and dryer. The rooms do come with a small amount of basic toiletries and cleaning supplies, however depending on the length of stay you will need to byo. The only negative thing I could say about our entire stay, was the mattresses are very hard, but depending on what firmness you prefer, that might not even be an issue. The pools and landscaped gardens are beautiful, and the free games room is an added bonus for the kids. They also have a vending machine with various drinks and snacks, all at the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen. The reception is well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need last minute, and also makes wonderful coffee. They also offer beach towel, bodyboard and surf board hire. The resort has its own beautiful private walkway that comes out straight across the road from the beach. I will definitely be returning again, and hopefully next time for longer, as our 5 nights was not enough to fully enjoy this beautiful resort and all it and the area have to offer. Thank you to all the Staff at Grande Florida, it was truly a beautiful home away from home.
