Room was always clean and staff was helpful.

Hotel has an excellent location close to Grand Central Station. Hotel was very quiet and clean with a good bed to fall sleep after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was also great. Staff were super courteous and helpful.

New rooms clean

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Times Square ! Elevators were very roomy and fast. The rooftop and other bar areas are really cool. The room was very clean and loved the beachy decor!

The room was clean the air conditioning was perfect at 60 degrees and the heater (hubby is anemic)was perfect at H2. The front desk staff was courteous, polite and professional. The eateries in the area McDonald's, the Chinese Restaurant and the Pizzeria are over priced and the food was not that good. There is a deli on the corner of 93rd Street is reasonably priced and the sandwiches and salads were delicious. I can't comment on parking because we took a taxi and public transportation. Overall we had a good time and a nice experience.

Overall nice hotel however they surprise you with a $100 resort fee, also they hold a $150 security fee on your card. I was aware of the second fee, I may have missed the first one. The breakfast was decent with a variety of items to choose from, the baked beans was unusual to me for breakfast 😂there isn’t a restaurant but a combo bar & grill. There is another hotel of the same name in the immediate area but this is the nicer one so pay attention when making your reservation. Instead of taking taxis or Uber I would suggest using TopView bus tours they are a great value for traveling around Manhattan.
