The room here was really nice. Very nicely designed and decorated well, with thought into the things you need doing well - e.g. plug sockets next to the bed and the mirror, USB-C sockets for phone charging, hot and powerful shower, working aircon etc. Check in was easy online, and room access was up a flight of stairs (so expect to carry your case). The location was as expected, about 30 minute walk from the old town, and maybe 10 minutes from the restaurants on Rue St Jean. We also found that parking was free on streets nearby Mon to Fri, 1600 until 1000, and free all day Sat and Sun, which worked for us and the day trips we did. Area around the hotel felt safe.

The room was perfect. Most of the staff was kind, helpful except a few. At one occasion the girl behind the front desk declined to help and what surprised me was the coldness and bad attitude she had!

An amazing room. Was not sure about the contactless check in and virtual concierge at first but it worked out great and they were very responsive to all requests.

Every time we travel to Quebec City, which is 3-4 times a year to see our parents, we stay at Les Lofts. The apartment is always clean and kitchen is well stocked. Also there is a great selection of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend it.

The whole stay was as seamless as it could be. We booked the loft due to two young kids. Everything was clean, all the amenities were fully stocked and functional, the location was fantastic. We had a very lovely time and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this to someone else.

Although overall I enjoyed this hotel, I encountered some issues that were on the negative side. When checking in I was told that the room I had booked in advance and paid for was not available (?!). The receptionist then said I had been upgraded to another room.. but when I saw it, it was a major downgrade and worse, the bed was unmade. I had booked a cocoon room with XL spa tub and the room I was assigned was a regular hotel room with insert bath/shower. When I told reception that it was unacceptable, she quickly said that the room I had originally booked was actually available.. it felt like I had been lied to. Also, she responded to me very ungraciously when I asked why my room wasn’t available. The room was lovely though and I stayed for 2 nights. Other issues: room service food was absolutely terrible and no towels at the pool for an entire morning and the hotel was in some disrepair..mostly outside. I would return because the hotel has very nice aspects to it.
