The room was perfect. Most of the staff was kind, helpful except a few. At one occasion the girl behind the front desk declined to help and what surprised me was the coldness and bad attitude she had!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring. The hotel itself was a disappointment. It felt run down and all the room amenities were basic more like a motel than a hotel. The limited parking was not what we expected. You pay daily and if you leave and return and there is no parking available it's your problem to sort out. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are better options for the price.

The beautiful and clean hotel in the heart of old town, with very friendly and helpful staff, speaking and French and English. The restaurant in the hotel has a big windows, that always are open in warm days , transferred the restaurant to the terrace with beautiful streets view. Heartily recommend .
