Rainbow room in the diamond head facing top floors… it truly can’t get better than this view. Staff is super helpful and resort is all open and welcoming.

Overall, a comfortable and clean stay. Staff was professional and very friendly. The rooms are dated and worn. Saw some paint chipped off doors and walls. Scuffs all around. The hotel was undergoing renovations so maybe they will address the wear and tear of the rooms at some point. Saw some other complaints about the noise coming from Dukes, but it didn’t bother us and noise was over by the time we went to bed. Dukes sounded like a fun time! Despite the wear and tear, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the amenities and location. We would definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at the Outrigger Reef. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bars were great the food and drinks were delicious and our room was like nothing I had ever seen before. It truly was a dream come true. We are already planning our return for next year and a stay at the outrigger will be the first thing we book!

Great pool area and a beautiful property.

The staff here are great. The carpets need to cleaned. If you walk around your room with bare feet they will be dirty. Also there was mould growing in some of hallways. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor. It looks great but I would not stay here again. They also need to do something about the noise from the street. We were woken up between 4-5am every morning with trucks reversing and collecting rubbish.

The view from the balcony was incredible. In fact, all the views from every angle of this resort are breathtaking. The sunset view with the surfers is hard to explain. More than just a view, it's a moving moment. It is truly a visit to Paradise!

Hotel was older but clean. HVAC was really good. Having a balcony facing the mountain was a beautiful view every day/night. Staff was helpful and courteous.
