Good morning. I am writing a review that covers both the good and the bad. On the positive side, during the time we stayed there, the room was very clean and the service was exemplary—the staff were very kind. On the negative side, it has been nine days since we checked out, and we still haven't heard back from the hotel regarding our refund. I have sent emails but received no reply; I hope that by posting here I might get an answer. Thank you very much, and I look forward to a prompt response.
