Room was outstanding (gold room). Gym and pool excellent. Staff were helpful.

Really easy to walk to the Wangfujing pedestrian street Staff speak limited English, would be good to have more staff understanding English

Well located hotel in city center with good connections to the metro and nearby shopping. Spacious suite but cleanliness was so-so. For example dirty cutlery was not refreshed. Toilet not properly cleaned several days. Breakfast very good variety and attentive service by staff. Smooth check in and check out. We also dined at the in-house restaurant which we can recommend for a cool experience with locally sourced products.

Great rooms Staff was very accommodating to our family needs

Great location , walkable to shops and restaurants. Very safe at night. The chef at breakfast suggested us to try the various local Chinese delicacies , they were delicious.
