Great hotel and location

Good hotel close to Eaton Center. The management and staff were not helpful at all; many of them did not seem well-rounded on the job.

The Windsor Hotel requires major renovation and upgrade. One of the two elevators did not work the entire five days I was there. The F&B is very poor and the F&B service none existence. The concierge was helpful and so was the front desk, but the housekeeping was poor and unreliable. I would not stay there again unless there would be a major renovation and improvement in housekeeping and F&B.
