The hotel was renovated obviously so it was nice and clean. They got convenient pantry opened during the day so you can grab a tea or coffee at anytime you want.

We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.

The staff were fantastic. There was a horrible flash flood/thunderstorm that took out power and water for the resort. The staff worked diligently to address the needs of the guest and fix things as quickly as possible. Also their housekeeping is top notch. A lovely quiet stay right on the beach. I will be coming back!

This is a great place to stay when in Thao Dien. Located in a quiet and peaceful surrounding, this complex has great facilities and is within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. The complex has laundry facilities and complimentary transport to HCMC District 1 via either river boat or bus. Definitely recommend.

The resort is stunning, the room was beautiful and had an amazing view. The staff were all so helpful and lovely!

The room was clean and tidy, but the flooring looked old and had stain marks. The handheld shower was not working properly. If you are a solo traveller, the staff are generally not attentive, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The gym equipment was also not clean.

Quite a good bungalow, large, spacious. Of the minuses I will note the already quite outdated equipment and furniture. The jacuzzi is too old and does not heat the water, so there is no need to use it. The housing needs repairs, as there are many cracks where insects crawl. Overall, a good bungalow, the resort has a large stunning pool with a view of the sea.

Cassia Cottage was a highlight of our Vietnam stay! The location (accessible to main town), gorgeous beach/pool outlook, best food in Vietnam onsite at Spice House, morning yoga with a great instructor, and above all a really lovely staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely so kind.
