Hallways dark and dingy , rooms were ok but beds very hard , could not get good nights sleep because of how hard mattress was. I was expecting to at least have complimentary coffee and was surprised there wasn’t and there would be an 18 euro charge for breakfast per person, no thanks

We booked two twin beds on arrival they informed the room with two twin beds are not availble.

This hotel amenities are not safe. Specifically, the towels in the bathroom placed too high up not suitable to petite people. My sister tried to reach a towel after her shower and she slipped. She had x-ray done and found that she had fracture of her ribs. I traveled internationally quite a bit and had never seen this type of arrangement for towels in such a high up shelf. To avoid more injure, place the towels to easy to reach level. Furthermore, we won’t stay here again due to its location. It’s faraway from central Rome. The only positive is it parking lot conveniently located right next to hotel. Also, there were lots of mosquitoes inside as well as outside of the hotel.

Amazing location, views and pool

The front desk staff was incredibly Helpful. They gave us a map of time and highlighted where to go based on our interests. The phone in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t request more pillows though. The shuttle was timely and free to the airport.
