Staff cannot do too much for you. Superb facilities

Staff was polite. The room was very clean. The amenities were excellent. The location was central and close to MRT.

Love the hotel….too bad we were there for only one night:(

The property is in a very touristy neighborhood with lots of shops and food (including street food) options. It’s also close to a BTS station. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is generally clean. They do not provide an iron in the room. The room could use some updates and the bathroom could use a detailed cleaning to rid the mildew in some areas.

I did pay for a standard room, the bathroom was small and tight and felt closed in because the room small with no opening window or door. It was clean and good for me but a couple could be small The hotel is close to malls and aquarium and the main airport. Use there taxi service as the pricing is ok for airport. Overall good but far from luxurious
