Gem. Clean, spacious, so close to us bank stadium, covered parking, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion, nice lobby with bar. Will be back.

Clean and comfortable room; friendly staff. Valet parking made it easy.

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.

The room was very nice, the location was convent and the price was comparable to other hotel options. I do have a few complaint, one issue was the thermostats in the room. It was either running all the time and increasingly getting hot in the room at night even though I turned it down to 69. The other misfortune was the events on Wednesday Jan 27 and lack of what was going on at the hotel with the police presences, boarded up first floor and barricades out front. I felt if I was receiving texts to see how my stay was going, I surely should have received a text about the anticipated events taking place around the Graduate hotel ground along Washington street and front parking lot. Lastly, service in the Beacon was suboptimal. I waited over 20 minutes for a server to even approach me on Jan 26 and then when she did bring me a menu and took my order, she never once came back to see if I needed anything after bring the meal out from the kitchen. When I was ready for the bill, I again waited close to 20 minutes and finally asked the hostess if she could check me out.

The InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul airport location was fantastic! I changed my lodging at the last minute because I had an early flight out (and the weather was bad). I am SO glad I did! The hotel was very clean, and they used fragrance free cleaning products which was an added bonus! My room overlooked the runways and tarmac, what fun to watch! The staff was very friendly. And, there is a dedicated TSA so you can walk from the lobby, through security, and right into the terminal!!
