Well somehow they couldn’t find my reservation even though I had my confirmation number and it took them about thirty minutes to finally find it in there system but had no booking.After a five hour drive I was in no mood and of course the Manager was a little difficult but the front desk agent Cassie was excellent!!!she was very kind accommodating and diligent in upgrading our room to the North Tower even tho the manager wanted to charge us more she fought to get us the same price..Besides that it was a great stay excellent accommodations and will definitely be going back..But definitely calling ahead and making sure they got my reservation next time

Clean and good sized rooms. Bed / pillows comfortable and room has all the amenities to be expected. Pocket door to bathroom that doesn’t really shut nor block out light. Air conditioner is noisy and parking is pricey ($20+ a night), although convenient. Located right on the river with easy access to the river walk.
