We were happy with our stay. Basic but clean and very good value for money. We booked an appartment at the last minute as we had tickets to a game at Old Trafford. The 2.2 mile walk to the stadium might be a bit much for some but was fine for us. Although the building itself was a liitle run down, the appartment itself was clean and modern and a fraction of the prices I saw for other accomodation. Reception was friendly and welcoming and were kind enough to waive the usual deposit. 20 pound for parking (need to pay cash up front) is a bit steep, but we didn't have time to look into alternative options.

Very functional and cosy room, right in the middle of the city. Nice staff, and a cool building.

Central hotel, lovely room

Perfect for my visit to Manchester, property easy to access and friendly, helpful caretaker enabled fault-free check in and parking. The accommodation had every amenity needed, including a fully equipped kitchen - only item missing was a hairdryer!

I think the worst part from the staying it was the bed,wich it definitely needs improvement

Great hotel. Clean, comfy rooms. Great breakfast. Spa was a lovely addition. Concierge staff were fantastic, Frank in particular!

This was such a cute hotel, the staff were amazing and the location was great.

Rooms nice - good size and quirky. Toilet flush overflowed. Gym very nice. Bar nice. Pillows way too soft. Breakfast largely undercooked - runny egg white, bacon on the edge of whether it was cooked or not.

Convenient location with easy access to Oxford Rd station and Deansgate.
