Location was fab for the Quays and tram into the City centre.. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Great to have parking on site. Room was ok. Needs a refurb as was looking tired.

Clean room and hotel. Fabulous decor and architecture. Great location. We enjoyed our stay.
Only problem was when trying the WiFi, which i think was provided by a separate company, it would not accept my email address as a valid one. I've been using the same email address for 20 years, so couldn't get any further with it and so, no WiFi.
