Costa Verde Adventure Vacations

The electric adapters the hotel provides don't work, so you have to buy your own to charge your cellphone, laptop, etc. Since there aren't many stores around the hotel, it was impossible to buy an adapter. The hotel should be thinking on international guests and how to fulfill their needs.

This is our fourth time staying here since they opened and Arena Hotel continues to be the lodging of choice for us. We love the hotel. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable and the location is ideal for us. Also, a special shout out to Josefa, the nice lady who cleaned our room each day. She did a great job and we always enjoyed saying hi to her each morning.

Right by Copacabana beach, safe area, great rooftop pool/bar, great area for dining and sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out simple and fast.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past, probably about 14 weeks in total. Rooms are a nice size and staff are friendly. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but comfortable and clean and in a good location.

The staff was friendly and informative. The view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast each morning was nicely prepared and plenty of options. We did enjoy the rooftop bar/restaurant. The rooftop itself has spectacular views of the area. The chairs and seating near and around the pool need a good cleaning, the area around the pool needs to be kept cleaner in general (cups/drinks left behind). Some of the seating by the bar was partially damp even in the evening. We loved the location of this hotel and enjoyed walking right outside to the beach and the ability to walk the area easily.

The Hotel itself is Ok, the property is nice but it needs several updates around the property. The location for me was way too far away from the main things to do and the main landmarks to visit. Also there is not much to do around the hotel at night
