The room was clean. I was in an existential crisis and the staff were so nice and understanding and curators. I was a mess and they were so nice. I’m so thankful hit for only them but also the free transit to the airport/ shuttle service. The driver was so personable and relatable and cute. Glad i chose to stay there during a hard period of time

Was dissappoonted there is no EV charger when the Expedia webpage states there is. This was the main reason for booking this property. Otherwise it was a nice stay and it is a nice hotel. The speakeasy downstairs was very nice and food was really good at cafe Riggs

The only aspect that I feel did not work perfectly was the air conditioning. It didn’t cool as one would expect in a hotel of this category, making the room less comfortable than anticipated, especially during warmer hours.

Breakfast was suggested as included but was charged. And the room provided cannot be called VIP access. Except for the locale an ordinary stay.

Elevator operation is very inefficient. Face wash drainage is somehow plugged.

Everything was amazing I really enjoyed my stay. Most definitely will be back. Its in the middle of everything 10 out of 10 highly recommend

The room is much older than it appears in the photos. There is currently an active construction site near the hotel, causing constant noise from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Expect frequent loud construction noise throughout the day. The room is poorly maintained and the vent in the bathroom is completely non-functional.
