Excellent location close to Piazza San Marco. A store with some basic groceries is 2 doors down. The breakfast in the morning was good, and offered a variety of items. Also, the staff were quite helpful when you needed it. My only real complaint is that the basic rooms are about half the size of a regular hotel room. One person would do fine in them, or if you only have check in size luggage, but there isn't much room to put your bags if you have 2 pieces of larger luggage. It is something to be aware of before booking. With the price, you are definitely paying for the location.

Everything was wonderful....great staff..all with loads of personality....best stay i have ever had in multiple trips to Venice.

Fabulous location. Venice literally outside your door by day or night is everything. The hotel staff are kind and courteous and very helpful in arranging water taxis for airport transfers and for tours. The breakfast buffet selection was more than adequate. But there was little variation, day to day. The choices for people who do not eat pork or shellfish were lacking and would be a great addition. The hotel is going to be refurbished, I was told. It is much needed. That bathroom blowdryer is useless, there are no robe hooks, and the tub/shower is too narrow. The hot /cold water mixer is positively diabolical. Be careful. All things considered, I'd stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean. There were some issues with the sink and shower drain, but overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely property with a very upscale feel. Just a short ride over to San Marcos on their shuttle or ride the local water buses for more adventure 👍

Very nice location, nice view of San Marco plaza

A well placed hotel within a few metres of Rialto bridge, and about 10 mins from St Mark's Square (slow, picturesque walk). Room was good size, 3 of us. Clean and maid service every day, fresh towels and water. I would have liked better communication from hotel about arriving in Venice on a late flight. I did contact them and they assured me water taxis run, but there was no water taxi at 1am and we struggled to get car taxi and then private water taxi. Overall though, staff pleasant and it was a good hotel for the money.
