The room was excellent, very comfortable and roomy. The staff is very nice.

The staff was very professional, helpful, and attentive, especially Elisa and Jay. Because of Elisa I now form part of the Sheraton family. Jay, in turn, helped me reserved a shuttle to the airport in no time.

Room was really lovely, exactly as expected. However, it wasn't the friendliest atmosphere when at reception and didn't feel overly welcomed. We also paid a security deposit for the one night stay and are having to chase it up 3 weeks later.

clean rooms. Great concierge, excellent bar. Restaurant menus were too limited for vegetarians.

Great location, lovely clean comfortable room and great staff

For the price we paid our room was looking at a parking lot and the garbage bins on the ground floor. And also just down the hall from a big Christmas party. The evening staff at the front desk were also not very friend at all. It's nice and close to the park and has a great gym. Those were the only perks this stay.
