Switzerland Adventure Vacations

This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

There are many pluses to staying at the Central Plaza. The proximity to the train station; the location in relation to the river, & its shops, bars & restaurants etc.; the rooms in the hotel are spacious, modern, clean & comfortable, and the staff are very good. Some friends who were also in Zurich at the same time, staying in a more expensive, ‘boutique’ hotel, complained about the size of their rooms, and especially the bathrooms. Whereas the bathroom I had in the Central Plaza was beautifully appointed, and large. I had booked the hotel without knowing exactly what to expect, but I was v.pleasantly surprised. Like everything in Zurich it was not inexpensive. But certainly less expensive than other alternatives.

You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic that there is complimentary transfer to train station. Rooms are nice with all amenities, even with clothes steamer : )(have not seen that in any other hotel yet!) Clean and decent breakfast. Overall: very good
