Helpful and approachable staff, 24/7 service. The great mix of cultures amongst the staff, working there. Nothing was too hard when it came to enquiries.

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

Parking in the evening was an issue, as some parking spots were full due to non-hotel patrons dining at the on-site restaurant. Rooms with glass doors face the parking area, with no privacy, and the car headlights shine directly into some of the rooms. I requested a different room, and the hotel management was able to accommodate my request.

Very comfortable bed. Good location to town central. Value for money very expensive in comparison to far better motels at a much cheaper price

It was a wonderful stay friendly people and awesome staff members will definitely be back again

Amazing view of the lake. It’s a bit of a commute to get to the town from here. The water taxi was good.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Had an efficiency suite with washer/dryer which was a surprise - it was however, located at the back tower which was a bit of a hike to wheel the luggage
