The whole place needs renovating, the carpets are old and dirty in all places, paint work is scruffy and in our room the taps were loose in the sink and bath. We had a very easy & professional check in (Adelena) who also reccomended me to join the loyalty scheme. The room was excellent and more than adequate for our 3 nights. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options. Really lovely hotel with friendly staff.
