Great place to stay in Vancouver. We had two kids, one with special needs, and the staff looked after us well. Close to all the amenities of Vancouver. IGA next store for groceries, Hotel has a great little store too.

The staff is always so lovely and helpful. Location is great with quick access to buses and trains. Building is going through some maintenance - one elevator was not working, entrance on Georgia Street was closed, making you access through the alleyway where valet drivers zip around.

From the front end to the rooftop the staff and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend.

The room was great, and the food was wonderful.

My favourite hotel to stay at in Vancouver. And I've stayed at most of them so that's definitely saying something. The customer service is unparalleled. Their newly renovated gym is exquisite. Location is the best. It may seem pricey but 1000% worth the money. I cannot recommend it enough.

Excellent central hotel with great service and easy access to all of Vancouver.

Staff is top notch. We love Youngmin, Quincy, Natalia, Ivan and Ryan- they no doubt add to our experience. Rooms are modern, spacious enough and clean. We love that there’s a soft bed in the living room, and the biggest positive for us is the kitchenette! Location cannot be beat as well. You’re literally 10mins from the mall, amazing restaurants in Yaletown, and multiple playgrounds. We can’t remember the number of times we’ve been to this hotel, multiple each year, and we love returning each time.

Perfect location with lots of restaraunts around it including an attached Original Joes. Staff were very efficient, friendly and professional. Big lobby. Easy, short walk (5 min) to BC Place and Rogers Arena. Lots of shopping in the area. Easy short walk to Yale town restaraunts on the waterfront. The beds were very comfortable-even the fold out though that mattress made noise each time I turned over. Big windows in bedroom area but no view from this unit and the kitchenette -though adequate, is a small sitting room/eating. Big TV in sitting room and one in the bedroom. I would definitely purely stay here again if the price feels right.
