"Friendly staff. Only a 12 minute walk to the busier downtown Banff area (longer if your dog walks slow like mine). Underground lot parking and plenty of street parking."

"I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even ..."
