「We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons.」

「if u want the most minimal things from an all inclusive then this is the place. only one restaurant which is the buffet food was ok not so bad but most workers are slow. You only get cleaning every 3 days. They didn’t even clean the sink or toilet. They’re supposed to change the towels everyday but they don’t until i kept complaining. there is a snack bar open after lunch and pizza by 5-9pm. They do not refill the toiletries or coffee pods.
