The young man that greeted us at reception was a delight. We remain to feel very welcome. There room was clean and spacious. My husband enjoyed the complimentary expresso and I the ice cream :) Recommend viewing the city from the rooftop at night. Easy access to public transport.

The staff at the front desk very super helpful and kind . After traveling 10 hrs all you need is a clean room and good bed to sleep in . The room was basic but was had everything we needed . Had a cute balcony to let in some fresh air . Which was great . Overall the stay was good . Good to see happy people at the front desk as soon as you enter the hotel .

We enjoyed our stay at The Flag Zürich. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we especially liked having a balcony. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks, including a bottle of beer for each guest, sparkling water, and regular water. The location worked very well for us. Transportation to Zurich Main Station was easy, with buses running frequently. Once we learned the route, getting around Zurich was very convenient. One receptionist also gave us very helpful advice about shopping underground at Zurich Main Station. Breakfast was not included in our booking, but that was not a problem for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is very modern and clean and there is a free coffee machine for use which was a bonus. Room had its own kitchenette and kettle which was very useful.

The space was good and very clean. Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again during the warmer months. The is no air conditioning, so you must rely on the window and fan. The outside noise is quite loud, though. So you either have to deal with the noise from the road and busses all night or be very uncomfortably warm. Some of the worst sleep I've had. If there were a/c, I would give them a 5.

Very friendly staff. Simple breakfast menu with limited options but great coffee. The room was spacious and looked very nice but the bed was hard and pillows too high. The very friendly staff managed to replace the pillows for the second night which helped a lot.

Great large room with very comfortable bed. Really nice shower. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. There is a beautiful bakery only 250 meter away. Taxi both ways to hotel which is only 4 km from central station was very expensive in total for 2 trips was 95 Swiss francs, approx 140 Australian dollars. It would have been more economical to stay at hotel closer to central station, probably would have saved 50 dollars.

Breakfast buffet is solid, especially once you figure out you can ask for scrambled eggs. It is very convenient to several different public transportation options and a quick walk to a major mall with a huge grocery store. A quiet neighborhood but easy to get to the downtown area for food and sightseeing.
