It is quite okay for business trip. the only disadvantage is the accessibility through public transportation. It takes at least 10-15 min to reach out hotel from the closest railway destination. BTW, the view of the restaurant is quite well.

We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.

We chose this hotel as we needed a place for stopover on our drive to Innsbruck. It is ideally situated off the highway. There is a casino in the hotel as well. The room was quite large (family of 4) with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had dinner at the sushi restaurant, which was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was also very good (one of the best on our trip). The options were numerous and we enjoyed the fresh OJ machine. Parking was ample and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the luxury of SPA though the steam room is defective. Modern hotel but issues

Really nice modern hotel with quality room and great breakfast and dining options. but we had 2 issues that spoiled our stay a bit. 1) Ongoing construction around hotel plus event setup everywhere in hotel was a bit of a disruption and eyesore. Hotel is also right on the train tracks. 2) hotel required upfront pre-authorisation of hotel stay cost (CHF277) + CHF200 deposit, and then on check out another separate charge for the hotel stay (reason given that otherwise the 200 deposit would take 30 days to be refunded). As a traveller from another country with limited CHF in a multi currency debit card used while traveling, this was super inconvenient. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of the CHF477 even though the hotel says they have released… and just hope it refunds after 30 days as promised. This caused unwanted stress, admin to follow up and cost to transfer more funds from other currency to cover trip costs. Also the casino in the hotel might not be that great for you if you’re not a gambler (but the CHF10 free voucher to use in casino was a nice touch)

We were given a room which was attached to another room and door was not locked someone just walked into our room. When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was not cold at all and was just blowing air. Breakfast was great and most importantly there was free parking available. Location is also great next to the lake.

Well located hotel away from the crowded city center. It is pretty close to a beautiful walking trail and close to the lake as well. The is a mall with a super market (Migros) within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location and hotel. The room was modern and with air conditioner. This hotel also has casino inside. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
