Inside, the house impresses with a spacious living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom with balcony on the first floor, which offers a picturesque view of the vineyards, as well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. All rooms are designed to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Other features include a sofa bed with two single mattresses, a direct connection to an inviting garden seating area and a TV in the living room, to name but a few.

The outdoor area of the holiday home has a charming garden seating area from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature. The view of the vineyards and the rural tranquillity invite you to spend relaxing moments outdoors. For nature lovers, the Lattenberg vineyard offers numerous walking trails right on the doorstep.

The area surrounding Stäfa offers a wide range of excursions: From boat trips on Lake Zurich and walks in the old town of Rapperwil to adventures at the Knie children's zoo and hikes in the Atzmännig area, this area offers something for everyone. You can also reach the city of Zurich in just 20 minutes. And animal lovers are also catered for - horses, dogs and cats are among the inhabitants of the small hamlet, just 500 metres from the clear waters of Lake Zurich.
