「Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. 」

「Asami-San was a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. All of the information given was accurate and there were no surprises when we arrived. Great location to a larger train station that included several lines, 7/11 less than a 3 minute walk, and easy for taxi’s to find. 「First, this is an amazing place to stay at if you have a large group. We had a group of 8 and the place was perfect. The value was amazing for size and the location. The place is 2 stops off the Seibu line out of Ikebukuro. It is on the same line that goes to Harry Potter Land. 「Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. Wonderful Hotel, possibly Tokyo best hotel

"Very conveniently located in the heart of town. So close to everything. Easy to travel. The hotel itself is very nice and equipped with everything that you might needs, wonderful restaurants, especially. I was in need of an adapter to plug in my water floss, which needs a round-pin socket. I could not find it anywhere in many stores, but it was provided in my room in the hotel. It seems that the hotel anticipates the needs of guests. Nonetheless, the only complaint I might have is, I tried to make a reservation for a (paid) buffet breakfast / Brunch at the hotel restaurants but none was avaialble. I wish that the hotel provides special reservation for hotel guests. "
